Chandigarh, Jan 29 : Punjab Congress president Navjot Singh Sidhu filled nomination papers on Saturday for Amritsar East constituency. Sidhu and Bikram Singh Majithia will face off in the February 20 Punjab Assembly polls. Results are expected on March 10.
