Narsinghpur, MP, Jan 5: Controversial godman Tarun Murari has released a video in which he is seen tendering an apology for his objectionable remarks against Mahatma Gandhi.
“Some words emanated from my lips impulsively and hurt many people. I apologise in that regard,” he said.
During a religious event on Sunday in the vicinity of this district headquarters, the godman made certain insulting comments against the Father of the Nation. A video of that statement went viral in social media. A first information report was registered the following day.
Police said that the law would take its own course.
