Eight Injured In Land Dispute At Poonch

Jammu, Mar 4: A scuffle broke out between two families in Poonch district of Jammu and Kashmir over land dispute, leading to injuries to eight people. Police said the families initially exchanged heated words over a land dispute in Sakhimadan area of Mendhar, which took an ugly turn and led to injuries.

On receiving information, a police team rushed to the spot and pacified the situation. The injured have been hospitalised, police said, adding that a case been registered and a person was also taken into custody.
