Jhulan Goswami gets new task for Bengal cricket as mentor cum player for women team

Kolkata, July 29 : Cricketer Jhulan Goswami has been appointed as the mentor cum player for
Bengal women team, according to Cricket Association of Bengal (CAB) president Avishek Dalmiya.
” Jhulan Goswami will take up the role of mentor-cum-player for the Bengal women’s team across all age groups,” Dalmiya said in a statement on Friday.
He said Jhulan will be overall mentor-cum-player for Bengal Women’s Team, Arindam Das will take
up the position of U-16 coach.
“Arindam Das will be the U-16 coach for the coming season. We will soon announce who will be his assistant.” he added.
U-25 coach Pranab Roy will have Partha Sarathi Bhattacharya as his assistant. Similarly, Sanjib Sanyal will assist U-19 coach Devang Gandhi, the CAB boss said.
