In A First: Zest Outdoor To Install 12,000 Solar Panels

Mumbai, Feb 22 (UNI) Outdoor advertising agency Zest Outdoor on Tuesday said it will install 12,000 solar panels in the city to be used as hoardings for brands to advertise. The first-of-its-kind initiative is a part of the company’s Green India mission, it said in a statement here. “Nearly 11675 sq feet of advertising space is allotted for the solar panels of 20 years life span,” it said, adding that the solar energy produced from these solar panels will be used by the Indian Railways. The company said that as many as 17 hoardings will be installed at prime locations in western Mumbai.
