150 Ukrainian Soldiers Surrender: Moscow

Moscow, Feb 25: Over 150 Ukrainian soldiers have laid down their arms and surrendered during Russia’s military operation in Ukraine, the Russian Defence Ministry said on Friday.

“During the hostilities, more than 150 soldiers … laid down their arms and surrendered,” spokesman Igor Konashenkov said.

He said 82 of the surrenders took place in Zmiinyi island.

They will be returned to their families soon, the spokesman said.
