Court Stays Arrest Of Kumar Vishwas

Chandigarh, May 2: The Punjab and Haryana High Court on Monday stayed the arrest of former AAP leader Kumar Vishwas.

The High Court had earlier reserved its verdict in the matter after hearing lengthy arguments on granting interim relief to Kumar Vishwas.

Kumar Vishwas had moved the High Court against the State of Punjab seeking quashing an April 12 FIR registered against him on charges of issuing provocative statements and other offences.
