The timing of CBI raids On Sisodia Premises Smacks More Of Politics Than The Probe

Of all those are being talked or heard over the CBI raids on Manish Sisodia, the deputy CM of Delhi, The New Yorks Times editorial might have in absolute confusion over its own assessment on Sisodia.

It is not exactly regarding the authenticity of the publication in NYT on Aug 18, the timing of the central investigating agency, the CBI, springing up to action next day early morning, would not have been in the wildest imagination of the AAP.

Reactions over the raid, pending what comes out, surely has raised many eyebrows among the students of political science and political analysts all over.

Aap claimed that, the ranking of Sisodia as ‘best education minister’ can be the only reason behind BJP’s heart burning.

Simultaneously in the political sphere there are opinions that, the reason that the Aap is on an upward climb politically, said senior Supreme Court advocate and Congress leader Kapil Sibal adding that, the BJP has no other way than to destabilize”.

While many in the BJP see it as an evidence of the dark underbelly of the Aap in deep corruption.

In fact, the raids were met with a diverse range of reactions from across the political spectrum.

Aap’s relentless efforts to drill an entry point into the state of Gurajat is being seen “as a barb from the Aap which in no way the BJP can brook easily and it will make everything to create the damage deficit in the Aap” said Parvez Ahmed, senior journalist based in Delhi.

Asked if all that politically motivated? Ahmed said ” I have no doubts”.
