Bhubaneswar: The voting hours for the bye-election to Padampur assembly constituency in Bargarh district has been reduced.
The decision was taken in an all-party meeting with the Chief Electoral Officer (CEO) on Monday in view of winter season and Maoist threat.
In the meeting, it was decided that the voting will begin at 7 am and end at 4 pm on the scheduled date i.e. December 5.
