Bhubaneswar, Feb 22: In yet another development in the Berhampur’s Tapaswini-Dr Sumit Sahoo marital discord case, the Orissa High Court today lowered the monthly maintenance amount from Rs 17,000 to Rs 10,000.
Reportedly, Sumit had filed an appeal assuring arrangements of Tapaswini’s accommodation elsewhere. The High Court will take a decision regarding the accommodation in the next hearing.
Sumit will now pay monthly maintenance of Rs 10,000 to Tapaswini but she will stay at her in-laws’ place till the next hearing that is scheduled to be held on March 28.
