Bhubaneswar: Jagabandhu Chand, the husband of accused Archana Nag in the the extortion and blackmailing case, was reportedly picked up by police from his Satya Vihar residence in Bhubaneswar today morning.
Chand is said to be the mastermind behind the crime. Earlier on October 6, Commissionerate Police had arrested Nag following a complaint by a woman at the Khandagiri police station here.
The complainant had alleged that she was trapped by Nag who managed to snap obscene pictures of her with influential persons and later blackmailed them.
