Bhubaneswar: A kangaroo court was held in the capital city of Odisha where three minor boys were punished for allegedly passing lewd comments on some school girls.
The video of the incident has gone viral on social media. It is said that it occurred at Pala Mandap in Baramunda area under Khandagiri police limits on Thursday.
The minor boys were forced to kneel down. The locals also threatened to socially boycott the families of the boys.
