Bhubaneswar: Excise officials of Rourkela have busted an illegal liquor bottling unit which was operating inside a school. According to reports, the police seized around 1,000 litres liquor.
The factory was operating inside a private school at Fuljhar under Nuagaon block of Sundargarh district. The Excise squad raided the site after receiving a tip-off and arrested two persons involved in the illegal liquor business.
The accused persons have been identified as Pawan Kumar Mittal and Surendra Bodek. Large number of labels of branded liquor companies, bottles, and a car have also been seized.
