Bhubaneswar: The expected Cyclonic Storm over Bay of Bengal is to reach near West Bengal-Bangladesh coasts on October 25, reported the India Meteorological Department (IMD) on Friday.
The IMD informed that yesterday’s Low Pressure Area over north Andaman Sea and South East Bay of Bengal persisted over the same region today morning. It will intensify into a Cyclonic Storm over West Central and adjoining East Central Bay of Bengal by October 24.
It will move North-Northeastwards and reach near West Bengal-Bangladesh coasts on October 25, skirting Odisha coast.
