Bhubaneswar: As many as 13 Odisha Administrative Service (OAS) officers have been promoted to the Indian Administrative Service (IAS), as per a notification released by the General Administration & Public Grievance Department on Friday.
The following members of the State Civil Services of Odisha were appointed by the President to the Indian Administrative Service against the vacancies determined by Government of India.

3. Manoj Kumar Mohanty
4. Saroj Kumar Sethi
5. Abanikant Pattanaik
6. Sangram Keshari Mohapatra
7. Rajashree Mohanty
8. Dr. Ganeswar Jena
9. Deben Kumar Pradhan
10. Trilochan Majhi
11. Shakuntala Bindhani
12. Laxmi Kanta Pyarelal Pradhan
13. Bijay Kumar Dash
The above appointments are subject to outcome of a writ petition filed by Sanjita Das before the High Court of Orissa, stated the notification.
