Stranded Indians Reach Mumbai From Bucharest

Mumbai, March 3 : The third batch of Indians who were stranded in Ukraine reached Mumbai’s Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj International Airport from Bucharest on Thursday. The Indians, who reached here by Air India Express Flight IX 1202, were welcomed by Union Minister of State for Railways Rao Saheb Danve. Indian Railways has set up a Help Desk and a special Reservation Counter at the T2 of the airport to facilitate the passengers onward travel. Around 17,000 Indians were stuck in war-torn Ukraine and around 4,000-5,000 have been brought back. The Indian government has launched Operation Ganga to bring back the citizens.
