Bhopal, June 15 : Rajya Sabha Member and Madhya Pradesh’s erstwhile chief minister Digvijaya Singh on Wednesday again rose to the defence of Congress’ former president Rahul Gandhi by saying that the latter’s “fault” is that he does not experience trepidation and poses questions to the BJP dispensation.
Mr Gandhi was summoned for quizzing by the Enforcement Directorate for the third successive day.
“Twenty-two hours of questioning have elapsed in a case where even an FIR has not been registered. In fact, the matter was closed earlier by the Narendra Modi government itself owing to lack of evidence,” Mr Singh wrote in social media.
