Pakistan’s Home Minister Has Announced When And How Imran Khan Will Be Arrested
Islamabad, June 6: Pakistan’s political turmoil is not over. Imran Khan has launched a campaign against Shahbaz Sharif’s new government after coming out of power. In addition, he has repeatedly targeted the government. Meanwhile, Imran Khan is expected to be arrested at any time. Pakistan’s Home Minister has announced when and how Imran Khan will be arrested.
Pakistan’s Home Minister Rana Sanaullah said, “On June 2, Imran Khan was granted a three-week transit bail. His bail will expire on the 23rd. Former Prime Minister Imran Khan will be arrested after his security bail expires.
According to reports, Imran Khan has been charged with felony criminal mischief for firing on a sculpture with a shotgun, attempting to seduce a minor. Rana said he would be arrested by security forces outside the Bani Gala residence of the former prime minister when his bail expired.
However, on June 2, the Peshawar High Court granted Imran Khan a three-week transit bail of Rs 50,000. The Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz claims that Prime Minister Imran Khan, his wife Bushra Bibi and his girlfriend Farah Gogi have embezzled crores of rupees in the ‘Pakistan Terik-e-Insaf’ government.
