Los Angeles, Feb 23 : Mystery over the death of ‘General Hospital’ actress Lindsey Pearlman has deepened as the autopsy failed to reveal anything, according to officials. Pearlam’s body was found inside a vehicle in Los Angeles on February 18, Los Angeles County medical examiner-coroner said. New York Post quoted spokesperson Sarah Ardalani as saying that her body was examined by a physician, but a cause and manner of death was deferred pending additional investigation. On Tuesday, the spokeswoman said, “The medical examiner is requesting more investigation into the death, including additional studies. Once the tests/studies come back, the doctor evaluates the case again and makes the cause of death determination.” The results will take about eight weeks, she added. According to New York Post, the Los Angeles police had previously said Pearlman was last seen on February 13 in the 1600 block of North Mariposa Avenue. However, she had “failed to return home” and wasn’t seen until she was found dead near the entrance of Runyon Canyon Park, a popular hiking spot.
