New Delhi, June 4 : Hombale Films have announced the release date of their period drama ‘Kantara’, starring Rishab Shetty in the lead.
The movie which will release in theatres on September 30th, is based on a village backdrop, an ecological drama about the conflict between humanity and nature where the police can be seen condemning the customs of locals in the teaser, sparking a feud between locals and the cops.
Taking to their social media handle, Hombale Films shared a poster of the movie and wrote, “This Dasara, get ready to be dazzled & transported into a new universe of #Kantara.”
The movie which is directed by Rishab itself, stars Sapthami Gowda, Kishore, Pramod Shetty and Achyuth Kumar in the pivotal roles, and is produced by Vijay Kiragandur under the Hombale Films banner.
The music is given by B Ajaneesh Loknath and cinematography by Arvind S Kashyap.
