Mumbai, June 3: The Rupee on Friday gained eight paise at 77.52 in opening session against the US Dollar on selling of US Dollar by bankers and exporters, dealers at the Foreign Exchange said.
The local unit moved up due to weak Dollar against other world currencies amid strong equity market in opening session, dealer informed.
The Rupee unit registered days high and low at 77. 50 and 77.60 respectively against the US Dollar, dealer added.
