Kolhapur, Feb 8: A man in his 20s was on Tuesday awarded life term after he was convicted for a 2016 murder.
In his submission before the court, public prosecutor Vivek Shukla argued that accused Shivaraj Powar stabbed Rajvardhan Gavali (20) to death over a petty quarrel. Based on 11 testimonies, Judge S R Patil pronounced the accused guilty under IPC Section 302 and also fined him Rs 10,000.Â
