According to police, Rahul Singh, who had a bounty of Rs 1 lakh, was surrounded by Lucknow police at 4 am on Friday in Hassanganj area. After that both sides started firing. Rahul Singh was injured in an encounter on Bandha Road in Aliganj police station area. He was admitted to the center. He later died.
No government is trying to maintain law and order. However, while Yogi Adityanath was taking oath for the second time, an encounter took place in Lucknow at a time when there was a happy atmosphere in Uttar Pradesh.
Yogi Adityanath was elected as the leader of the Legislative Party in the presence of Union Home Minister Amit Shah and former Jharkhand Chief Minister Raghuvar Das.
