Dissatisfied Wife Demands Right To Sex: Hubby Denies Sexual relationship, Woman Knocks the Door Of Court

Actually, a similar case has come up in Ahmedabad. This matter must seem interesting from above, but the wife has knocked in the door of law to get her right to sex. The woman’s husband had refused sex with her. The woman got so upset by this that she filed a complaint against her husband in the police station.
In Ahmedabad, this 33-year-old woman has filed a complaint at the Sabarmati Police Station and pleaded for justice. The woman has alleged that even after a year of marriage, she has not been able to maintain a sexual relationship with her husband and the husband has to face all kinds of talk and harassment for asking for it. Exhausted, we have to reach here for complaints.
The woman has said in her complaint at Sabarmati police station, I married a person from Vadodara last February. I met him through the marriage website. Soon my in-laws ordered me to have a son within a year. But till now I have not established a physical relationship with my husband. My husband wears strange clothes at night. When I ask him for sex he says I look like a man? He can’t have a relationship with me. Whenever I talk to him on this issue, he throttles me and tortures me.
The woman told the police that her husband wanted a child from her through IVF. The woman told in the complaint, my husband often talks to me about having a child through IVF. When I refused, he pushed me badly and left me in March 2021. I live in Sabarmati with my parents. Now they are demanding dowry of Rs 25 lakh to bring me back.
