Conspiracy Of AIDS Infected Aunt: Woman Held For Raping Minor Nephew

Dehradun, Apr 5: A case of embarrassment has come to the fore in Rudrapur of Udham Singh Nagar district of Uttarakhand. Where a 23-year-old woman seduced her brother-in-law’s minor son and made out with him. Shockingly, the woman knew she was HIV positive and inorder to infect Jeth’s son she did such an act. The husband of the accused woman was also infected with AIDS who died during treatment.

She sexually assaulted him on several occasions. She threatened him of dire consequences if he informed anyone,” he said

According to a report, the woman resident of Rudrapur Transit Camp had gone to her village Pilibhit, Puranpur. where his nephew was already present. The woman took the boy in her guise and made our with him. A few days later, when the boy came to the transit camp with his family members, the woman (aunt) again had a relationship with him. Later, when he came to know about the aunt being HIV positive, he was shattered. The police have started their investigation by registering a case under the POCSO Act.

There has been a stir since this matter came to light. The boy’s family members are claiming that the accused aunt has made a relationship with the intention of spoiling the life of their child. At the same time, after getting aware of this incident, the people of the neighborhood were also surprised.

Based on the complaint, police registered a case against the woman for “malignant act likely to spread infection of any disease dangerous to life” and “aggravated sexual assault” under Sections 270 of the IPC and 5 and 6 of the Pocso Act
