Vijayawada : CPI Andhra Pradesh Unit Secretary K Rama Krishna demanded the Y S Jagan Mohan Reddy headed government to disclose the secret deal between the Chief Minister and Industrialist Gautham Adani and asked the AP CM not to convert Andhra Pradesh as Adani Pradesh.
Talking to the media here on Thursday, the CPI leader alleged that the AP Cabinet had approved in a hasty manner handing over a 9000 MW solar power project to Gautham Adani.
In fact, the establishment of a 9000 MW solar power plant should be given to four companies but the entire project contract was awarded to the Adani Company.
The Cabinet, Chaired by the Chief Minister, had approved the deal in a hasty manner handing over the mega project to Adani, he flayed.
“The Jagan Mohan Reddy headed YSRCP government is trying to hand over the Gangavaram, Krishnapatnam and Machilipatnam sea ports to Adani group.
The state government evolved plans to hand over airports, sea ports and power projects to Adani group. Though there are many major contractors in the state itself, the YSRCP government is handing over all major projects to Gujarat based Adani company”, Mr Rama Krishna alleged.
