Bhubaneswar, Jul 6 : Chief Minister Naveen Patnaik has approved the proposal to open a fire service center at the AIIMS premises in Bhubaneswar. The fire station will have ten staff members, including a station officer.
The state government has created ten new posts for this purpose. The Chief Minister hopes that this will be especially helpful in strengthening the fire safety of an all-India medical institution like AIIMS. SCB Medical, MKCG Medical, Bhimsar Burla have one fire station. There are 338 fire service centers across the state.
