Dehury had lodged a complaint with the Vigilance over Singh seeking a bribe from her.
Basing on the complaint, Vigilance officials today laid a trap and caught Singh red-handed while she was accepting the bribe money from Dehury.
Following the incident, Singh has been arrested and Vigilance officials have launched searches at his residence and office, reports said.
