Bhubaneswar : Incumbent Additional Director General of Police, IPS Arun Kumar Ray who’s an IPS Officer of the 1988 batch. has been promoted to the rank of Special D.G of Police.
According to the notification issued by the Odisha Government’s Home Department,
“Shri Arun Kumar Ray, IPS (RR-1988), at present Additional D.G of Police, Communication on his promotion to the rank of D.G of police in IPS in Level-16 of Pay Matrix vide G.A. & P.G. Department Notification No.20407/AISI, dated 05.08.2021 is posted as Spl. D.G of Police Communication.”
