Bhubaneswar : The third wave in the state is unlikely to have much of an impact. However, 15 percent of children are at risk. And that’s how the health department is getting ready to fight it’s third battle. Emphasis is placed on equipment, human resources, training for this, as there is a risk of infections. Training for the treatment of children has begun from today. The training of frontline warriors, Anganwadi and ASHA workers has been completed. Right from today, those who are in charge of the hospital will be trained in four batches. Further emphasis is placed on how children can get proper treatment if they get infected.
