Odisha: Four absconding accused are held by Baliapal Police of Balasore disctrict on Saturday. These arrests were done in the decades earlier Baliapal bomb blast case of 1995. One innocent rikshaw-puller had lost his life while unloading these bomb-filled cartoons from a bus. The four aressted are, Jagannath Raul, Saroj Jena, Sushant Pramanik and Panchanan Mukhi. They are allegedly arrested by Baliapal Police in charges of illegal explosive business and court forwarded.
