Berhampur : A body of a lady constable, who was posted at Karada police station in Ganjam district was found hanging inside her rented house at Ambapua village in Berhampur on late Friday night.
The deceased has been identified as Jagyasini Behera.
Sources say, some locals spotted the body hanging and informed the local police.
On being informed, the police reached the spot, recovered the body and sent it for autopsy.
The exact reason behind the death of the lady constable is yet to be ascertained.
