Mumbai : Four labourers were killed and one more was injured after a construction lift collapsed in Worli area of the metropolis on Saturday.
According to information, the lift with the labourers came crashing down this evening at around 1745 hours at Ambika building in Worli’s Hanuman Gully.
The locals alerted the authorities who rushed the injured persons to the KEM and Nair hospitals.
The deceased were identified as Avinash Das (35), Bharat Mandal (28), Chinmay Mandal (33) and another 45-year-old unidentified person.
The injured was identified as Laxman Mandal (35)
