New Delhi : The Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) on Thursday filed a charge sheet against 20 accused in Sealdah court in West Bengal in one of the cases related to post poll violence in state.
CBI had registered the case on August 25 on Calcutta High Court and took over the investigation of the case, earlier earlier the case was registered at Narkeldanga Police Station on May 2 on a complaint against unknown 7-8 accused on the allegations that the accused attacked the victim with sticks and also broke the household articles of his house. The victim was rescued but had to be hospitalised as he was brutally assaulted.
