Bhubaneswar, Jul 12 : While the state is facing a growing crackdown a new court will be set up to deal with excise related issues and land disputes. The court is set to be set up in the capital, Bhubaneswar, and has been welcomed by various quarters.The drug and land mafia cannot escape within this new set up.
