Mumbai, Dec 20 : Shakun Batra’s ‘Gehraiyaan’ teaser dropped on Monday, and just like its name immediately latched on to viewers’ deepest darkest desires, as hot Deepika Padukone was seen making out with gully boy Siddhant Chaturvedi.
The much awaited Batra directorial also finally got a name. ‘Gehraiyaan’ will release on OTT platform Amazon Prime on January 25.
Instagram users were left gasping and some even commented that Deepika-Siddhant scenes will make Ranveer Singh jealous. Deepika will be seen after a gap long gap. She was last seen in “Chhapaak”, which released on January 10.
‘Gehraiyaan’ also features Ananya Pandey and the three stars will be sharing screen space together for the first time under the Dharma Productions film that is a love triangle.
The actors alongside producer Karan Johar shared the teaser on their social media platforms with heartfelt messages.
Deepika, shared the teaser on her Instagram handle with the caption: “A piece of my heart…,” with a red heart emoji.
Siddhant tweeted: “They say you leave pieces of yourself in everything you love. Maybe you’ll find my heart here. Gehraiyaan on Prime world premiere January 25.”
“Some depths are just worth drowning in, aren’t they?” Ananya tweeted.
Karan Johar said: “It’s time to dive deep and find out what’s beneath just the surface…”, keeping expectations high.
