New Delhi : Former Delhi Police Commissioner Yudhvir Singh Dadwal passed away at the age of 70 on Wednesday night due to prolonged illness, police sources said.
Dadwal used to live in the South Delhi area. He was 1974-batch Indian Police Service (IPS) officer and served as Delhi Police Commissioner from 2007 to 2010. The Commonwealth Games were held in Delhi during his tenure.
