Puri: In a harrowing incident in Khadualpur village under Brahmagiri police limits in Odisha’s Puri district, the lifeless body of a 16-year-old boy, identified as Minaketan Behera, was discovered hanging from a tree beside Hari Sahadeva road on Thursday night.
