Kiev, Feb 24 : Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensyy said on Thursday that he had talks with his US counterpart, Joe Biden, and that the United States had begun to prepare the international assistance, “A minute ago I had a conversation with President Biden. The United States has already begun to prepare international assistance,” Zelensky said in an address to Ukrainian citizens.
