EAM Stresses On Diplomacy, Dialogue During Call With Ukrainian FM
New Delhi, Feb 25: External Affairs Minister S Jaishankar on Friday stressed that India supports diplomacy and dialogue as the way out of the Ukrainian crisis, during a telephonic conversation with Ukrainian FM Dmytro Kuleba.
The EAM in a tweet said that his Ukrainian counterpart shared his assessment of the current situation in Ukraine. The two also discussed the predicament of Indian nationals, including students in Ukraine, who are seeking to be evacuated following the Russian invasion, and the EAM appreciated the Ukrainian minister’s support for their safe return.
