Over Dozen Injured In School Bus Accident In Odisha’s Paradip

In a tragic incident, as many as 13 persons including 11 students were injured after a school bus they were travelling by skidded off the road and rammed against a roadside tree early on Tuesday morning.

According to reports, the incident occurred while the 11 students along with two students were going to Odisha Model School in Agapal when the driver of the vehicle lost control over the wheels and skidded off the road. Subsequently, they sustained grievous injuries.

On being informed, Fire Services personnel reached the spot, rescued the injured and rushed them to the Kujang Medical Center. The van driver fled the spot after the mishap.

Meanwhile, police are probing into the cause of the accident.
