Urvashi Rautela Prays For Rishabh Pant’s Speedy Recovery, Calls Him ‘India’s Pride’; Watch Video
Actress Urvashi Rautela, who often grabs a spot on the trends list over her comments on Indian cricketer Rishabh Pant, was recently shared her good wishes for injured Pant, who was wounded in an accident on the Delhi-Dehradun highway on December 30.
His car collided with a divider and caught fire. Pant sustained multiple injuries and was taken to the hospital by the onlookers. He is currently ailing from the injuries sustained during the unfortunate accident.
When the paparazzi spotted her leaving the airport recently, and asked her about the cricketer’s post about his recovery, Urvashi sounded unaware and asked, “Kaunsi photo?” She then said, “He is an asset to our country,” and when the person said that their good wishes are with him, she responded with, “Hamari bhi (Mine as well).” Urvashi opted for a red outfit for her airport look.

Following the news of Rishabh Pant’s accident, Urvashi had posted a picture from one of her photoshoots and captioned it, “Praying, love Urvashi Rautela,” along with a heart and a pigeon emoji. She didn’t mention the name of the person she was praying for. Besides this, later she also tweeted, “I pray for you and your family’s wellbeing.”
Fans of Pant were in shock when the 25-year-old wicketkeeper-batsman recently posted photos of himself using crutches to walk. It was the first time the player had shared an update in the form of pictures since the car accident. Fans across the country were overjoyed to see Rishabh Pant back on his feet. He also penned a caption that read, “One step forward, One step stronger, One step better”.
Last year, Urvashi had also claimed in an interview that ‘Mr RP’ had waited long to meet her at a hotel. This sparked a series of cryptic posts shared by the two, seemingly about each other.
