Bhubaneswar, Oct 13:  A delegation of 20 tech startups from Odisha led by Executive Chairman of Startup Odisha Dr Omkar Rai will participate in the world’s premier tech and startup event Gitex Global 2022 in Dubai.
The event kicked off October 10 last at the Dubai World Trade Centre and Startup Odisha, Government of Odisha is a participating partner at this Global Event.
In Gitex, Odisha based startups to showcase and connect with the global tech market. The startups from Odisha from sectors such as Edtech, NFT, Enterprise Tech, IoT (Internet of Things), Health Tech, E-commerce, Electric Vehicles, Fintech, Robotics, AI/ML and Consumer Tech are there to attend the focused event ‘North Star 2022’ which is a part of GITEX Global 2022.
The delegation attended the ‘India Startups Confluence 2022’on Wednesday. The Confluence gives an opportunity for Startups from Odisha to connect with startups from the UAE and the Middle East-based larger ecosystem stakeholders.
The delegation will also visit Sharjah Research Innovation and Technology Park (SRITP).
Executive Chairman, Startup Odisha, Dr Omkar Rai stressed that Gitex Global 2022 has emerged as the largest tech event in the world bringing various stakeholders under one platform.
