Puri, Sep 13 : The three-day brainstorming session of the Odisha unit of Bharatiya Janata Party(BJP) workers and office bearers was inaugurated by state president Sameer Mohanty here on Tuesday.
Mandal leaders, district and block functionaries are participating in the camp in which the BJP national leaders will impart training to the party cadres.
In the brainstorming session, the role of women electorates in the success of Naveen Patnaik was also discussed.
BJP leaders advised cadres to enlighten electorates in the state regarding several union governments mooted beneficial schemes for Odisha.
Though in the last polls our mission 120+ failed, we should gear up to achieve the goal in coming assembly polls, said D. Purandeswari, national secretary and former Odisha in charge.
A road map to attain the target will be drawn in the camp, she added.
National organising secretary V L Santosh, Bhubaneswar MP Aparajita Sarangi, Suresh Pujari, Golak Mahapatra, Sangita Singh Deo, Jual Oram and state president Sameer Mohanty deliberated over the prospects of the party and to create road map and strategies to take on BJD in 2024 elections.
The party is ready for the next assembly polls, D. Purandeswari said.
