Kendrapada : In a tragic incident, Basant kumar Parida, a resident of Srirampur village under Pattamundai police station was feared killed after a giant crocodile dragged him into mid of river while he was taking
bath in the river Brahmani on Friday.
The Fire brigade personnel launched a search operation after a villager who was also taking bath
in the river nearby, informed the matter to the family members Mr Parida.
But the Fire brigade personnel failed to rescue him till the report was filed
