Bhubaneswar : As informed earlier, Special Relief Commissioner (SRC) Pradeep Jena today announced all the Covid-19 guidelines which has been prepared keeping in mind the prevailing Covid19 pandemic situation in the State. The guidelines are expected to help the authorities to devise strategies in their respective jurisdictions and act as guide for the people to follow the necessary Covid-19 protocols.
According to the guidelines:
- Out of the total 30 districts in Odisha, Covid-19 cases are almost neglible in 27 districts. However, the graph is high in districts including Puri, Khordha and Cuttack. Despite this, the situation is not at all concerning, he said.
- The night curfew will remain in force in all districts from 8 pm to 6 am. The weekend shutdown restrictions will continue in Bhubaneswar, Cuttack and Puri districts.
SRC Pradeep Jena said that the graph is high in districts including Puri, Khurda and Cuttack. Despite this, the situation is not at all concerning. Hence, the weekend shutdown will continue in all three districts and social, religious and political institutions will continue to remain closed.
It is pertinent to be mentioned here that out of the total 30 districts in Odisha, Covid-19 cases are almost negligible in 27 districts.
