Grand Oath Ceremony Of Yogi 2:0 On Mar 25
Lucknow, March 21: In an attempt to make Yogi Adityanath’s second swearing in ceremony as Uttar Pradesh chief minister, a grand affair the party leadership has decided that at least two party workers would be brought from village level centres so that they stand witness to this grand event on March 25.
The decision to this regard was taken in the high-level meeting of party office bearers held here on Monday. The meeting was presided over by party’s state president Swatantra Dev Singh.
“The party wants to make the swearing –in ceremony of Yogi Adityanath a grand event and therefore two workers from each Shakti Kendra would be invited to attend this event. The credit for this victory goes to the party workers and therefore they should personally see the glitter and witness the vastness of the event,” Singh said in a press statement here.
The party has 27,700 Shakti Kendra spread across the state. These Kendra are in fact the party unit at the village level from where party’s activities are conducted. Singh said on the day of swearing–in special pujas would be held in the temples across the state. The party workers would carry out a special cleanliness drive and they would ensure that puja would continue till the swearing-in ceremony is complete. Meanwhile, the district administration is gearing up to make the event a memorable one. Additional Chief Secretary (Home) Awanish Awasthi visited the Atal Bihari Vajpaye Ekana Stadium and reviewed the preparations.
