Ukrainian Woman Claims Russian Soldiers Calling To Meet Amid War, Sending Flirtatious Messages
Moscow, Feb 24: The Ukraine-Russia war has broken out. Blasts have taken place in various parts of Ukraine, including the capital city of Kyiv and Kharkiv. The series of explosions began when Russian President Vladimir Putin announced military action against Ukraine, meanwhile, a Ukrainian woman made a big claim that Russian soldiers were sending her flirtatious messages on Tinder. Indeed, the Russian army is only 20 miles away from Kharkiv, Ukraine’s second-largest city.
Meanwhile, a Ukrainian woman has shared a screenshot, saying that Russian soldiers are sending her messages with the intention of flirting on Tinder. Several Russian soldiers have also reportedly sent information of their positions to women along with their photos. According to The Sun report, several Russian soldiers, including Andrei, Alexander, Gregory and Michael, have created their profiles on the dating app to attract Ukrainian women. A Ukrainian woman named Dasha Synelnikova said that for the past few days, several Russian soldiers on Tinder have been sending messages and requests to her.
Dasha Synelnikova, 33, told The Sun: “I live in Kyiv, Ukraine, but a friend told me that a lot of Russian soldiers had arrived at Tinder, so I changed my location setting to Kharkiv. There too, I started getting messages from Russian soldiers. Dasha further said, “In a sent picture, the Russian soldier was seen in a tight striped vest. In another picture, the man was lying on the bed with his pistol. However, I didn’t find any of them attractive. I’ll never think about talking to the enemy. I rejected their request on Tinder, but there were a lot of people who were constantly sending messages.
Meanwhile, Dasha Synelnikova spoke to 31-year-old Andrei (an alleged Russian soldier) over the message. Dasha asked Andrei where are you? Are you in Kharkiv? To which Andrei replied, “Of course, I’m not in Kharkiv, but I’m nearby, just 80 km away.” Dasha then asked, “Do you have any plans to meet us?” “I will be happy to come, but since 2014, the Russian people have not been welcomed in Ukraine. Dasha asked again, “What do you do?” Andrei did not give a clear answer, but all the messages on Tinder were described by the woman as Russian soldiers. In many profiles, people wearing Russian army uniforms were seen, the woman has also shared screenshots of them.
