Bhubaneswar, Feb 23: The State Election Commission has released the final polling percentage for the 4th phase of Panchayat Elections held yesterday. According to the list, 79 percent voters cast their votes yesterday. While Subarnapur reported the maximum voting percentage at 86.51 followed by Bargarh with 84.47 percentage, Ganjam reported the lowest percentage of voting at 65.2 percent.
