Ranchi, Feb 15 : A Special CBI court will announce its verdict on Tuesday in Fodder Scam case number RC 47A/96 which is related to the fraudulent withdrawal of Rs 139.35 crore from Doranda Treasury of unified Bihar. The court of special CBI Judge SK Sashi will announce its verdict in the case on Tuesday afternoon. To appear before the court RJD Supremo and former Bihar Chief Minister Lalu Prasad Yadav had reached Ranchi on Sunday itself. In this high profile case, the court will announce its verdict against 99 accused including Lalu Prasad Yadav. This is the last case of the Fodder Scam involving Lalu Yadav and also the biggest case of the multi-crore fodder scam. In the case, the CBI had produced a total of 575 witnesses. Out of 99 accused in the case, 10 are women.
